Owner platform: operational for testing

The owner web platform is deployed through Vercel with Supabase Auth, database, Row Level Security and private Storage configured.

Billing: sandbox testing

Stripe subscription billing is configured in sandbox mode. RentalKey does not process tenant rent, bond or landlord payout money.

Email and monitoring: verification in progress

Resend is configured with a verified sending domain and owner test email delivery has been confirmed. Tenant and tradie invitation mailbox checks still need live account testing.

Known production-readiness gaps

Some controls require external action before real customer data is used, including legal review and Supabase leaked-password protection.
