Website terms summary for the testing release
This pre-release summary is not the final customer agreement. Formal Australian terms require legal review before paid use or broad public onboarding.
Owner responsibility
Owners remain responsible for verifying records, meeting legal obligations, choosing providers, making approval decisions and using official processes where required.
No rent or bond money handling
RentalKey does not collect, hold or transfer rent or bond money. Stripe is used only for the owner software subscription.
Optional services
Optional services such as Maintenance Assist, Inspection Assist, listing support and screening workflows require their own operating terms, pricing, consent rules and licensed-provider boundaries before launch.
Acceptable use
Users must only enter information they are authorised to handle and must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, unsafe, discriminatory or harmful activity.
Billing terms
Subscription pricing, trials, cancellation, taxes and add-on fees must be confirmed in the final customer agreement before paid public use.
